Feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed? Tapping—or Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)—is a simple tool that can help you reset, anytime, anywhere.
Tapping involves gently tapping on specific points on your body while focusing on a feeling or thought. This combination of physical stimulation and emotional awareness helps release tension, calm your nervous system, and clear emotional blocks.
Benefits of Tapping:
Reduces stress and anxiety
Releases trapped emotions
Supports healing from past trauma
Boosts focus, confidence, and performance
Strengthens mind-body connection
How to Start:
Identify the feeling or issue.
Tap on specific
points (head, face, collarbone, underarm).
Say a phrase acknowledging the emotion, e.g., “Even though I feel "anxious" , I deeply accept myself.”
Repeat the cycle a few times until the intensity lessens.

Sure there is a little more to it than I have outlined here but in essence, Tapping is quick, portable, and effective. It’s a gentle way to reclaim calm, release tension, and step into a more centered, empowered state—anytime you need it.( see the points in the image )
