Tapping: A Simple Way to Release Stress

Feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed? Tapping—or Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)—is a simple tool that can help you reset, anytime, anywhere.

Tapping involves gently tapping on specific points on your body while focusing on a feeling or thought. This combination of physical stimulation and emotional awareness helps release tension, calm your nervous system, and clear emotional blocks.

Benefits of Tapping:

How to Start:

  1. Identify the feeling or issue.

  2. Tap on specific

    points (head, face, collarbone, underarm).

  3. Say a phrase acknowledging the emotion, e.g., “Even though I feel "anxious" , I deeply accept myself.”

  4. Repeat the cycle a few times until the intensity lessens.
